What to expect?

The aim of the training is to enable you to correctly evaluate the respective methods and correctly assess typical situations on a case-specific basis. The results of the group work will be presented.

– Advance quality planning / product development process
– Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and special features
– Statistical evaluation of measurement systems (MSA)
– Sampling procedure
– Control plan/production control plan (PLP)
– Problem solving technique

Completion & certificate:

You will receive your personalised DGQ-Automotive Core Tools certificate. It confirms that you can use the German automotive industry core tools (RGA/APQP, VDA 2/PPAP, FMEA, VDA 5/MSA, Cmk/PpK/CpK/SPC, 8D) and that you have mastered the effective use of these tools. You will also be able to make an informed judgement on the application of the methods and assess case-specific situations appropriately.
